Welcome to ACAM Beauty Lounge. By booking our services, visiting our premises, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure certain services.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service or cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing deposits.

Services & Treatments

All treatments are carried out by qualified staff.

Results may vary depending on individual hair, skin, or nail condition.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if health and safety could be compromised.

Food & Beverage Purchases

All food and drinks are prepared fresh. Once served, they are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

Customers with allergies must inform staff before ordering. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Retail Products & Vouchers

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Opened products are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers and loyalty cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expired vouchers cannot be extended.

Loyalty & Promotional Offers

Loyalty stamps and promotional offers are valid only during the specified period.

Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Payments

We accept cash, debit/credit card, and contactless payments.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Liability & Safety

ACAM Beauty Lounge & Coffee Shop is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

Customers are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions or allergies prior to treatments or food orders.

Children must be supervised at all times.
