Refund Policy – ACAM Beauty Lounge & Coffee Shop

At ACAM Beauty Lounge, we strive to provide both outstanding beauty services and a relaxing coffee experience. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or credits may be offered.

Beauty & Salon Services

Non-Refundable Services: Payments for completed services (hair, nails, beauty treatments, etc.) are non-refundable, as the service has already been delivered.

Service Concerns: If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to make adjustments.

Prepaid Appointments: Deposits or prepayments are refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Coffee Shop – Food & Beverages

Perishable Items: Due to the nature of food and drinks, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared and served.

Order Issues: If your order is incorrect or does not meet quality standards, please notify us immediately so we can replace it or provide a credit.

Takeaway Orders: Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an error was made on our part.

Retail Products (Cosmetics, Haircare, Skincare, Coffee Beans, etc.)

Refunds & Exchanges: We accept returns for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products, as well as perishable food items, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty/Damaged Products: If a product is faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Gift Vouchers & Loyalty Cards

Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers and loyalty card balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity: Please check expiry dates on vouchers, as we are unable to extend them.
